Frequently Asked Questions
How do I capture before/after photos?
Open the Showcase app and tap the camera button. Capture your "before" photo first. When you return to take the "after" photo, a ghost overlay of the original image helps you align the shot for a perfect comparison.
How do I share photos on my website?
Once an admin publishes photo pairs from the dashboard, you can embed them on your website using our widget. Add a single script tag to your site and your published before/after photos will appear automatically.
How do subscriptions work?
Showcase offers a free tier with up to 100 photo pairs and 3 team members. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited photos, unlimited team members, and removes the "Powered by Serviche" badge from your gallery and widget. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through in-app purchase and auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
How do I invite team members?
Admins can invite team members from the web dashboard or from the "More" tab in the app. Enter the team member's email address and they will receive an invitation to join your company. Team members can then download the app and sign in to start capturing photos.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Go to the "More" tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription section. This will check your App Store account for any active Showcase Pro subscription and link it to your account.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
- In the app: Go to the "More" tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- By email: Send a request to developer@villagehomecleaning.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All photos, team associations, and account data will be removed.
